Cancellation of order

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:

Personalised Luggage Straps

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us on info@shopeezee.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation to help improve the service we offer customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Shopeezee.co.uk comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and have published this guide to help you understand how and why we collect information from you. You can browse our site without disclosing any personal information.

We receive information in one of two ways either directly from you when you purchase from us or when you subscribe to our mailing list.
When you purchase an item you will be asked to provide certain information such as your name, address, details of your credit card/debit card, telephone number and email address so that we can process and fulfil your order, notify you of your order status and inform you of special offers and promotions. When an order has been placed with us further checks maybe made by our security department using date of birth verification to prove the legitimacy of the card holder. Please note that if the security department suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

We use the information that we collect about you to:

Monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and improve the design and layout of the site and notify you about special offers.

We don't use information about you for purposes other than our website shopping facility.

We will not share your information with any other companies for marketing purposes.

Our online ordering system uses a cookie to record a unique reference on your computer so that we can keep track of your order as you use the system. Delivery

All orders placed after the 22nd of December will be processed as normal and shipped out on the 28th of December.

Delivery of most orders is approx 1 - 3 working days

Standard delivery is FREE of charge but not guaranteed to be delivered on a next working day.

Next day delivery is available on selected products, which have a next day delivery option which can be selected. Please call us on 0845 299 0247 for further details

*The FREE delivery only applies to UK Mainland, Monday - Friday

Extra charges may apply where we have to deliver items outside the UK Mainland area. These areas are Northern & Southern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Unfortunately we now do not ship to the Channel Islands and Guernsey.

We can now deliver to some EU countries for a flat rate fee of £6.99 per order, which includes France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Denmark, Italy, Monaco & The Netherlands. Please select your country at checkout.


Contact us to find out if your area is covered for FREE delivery. If you place an order which is outside the UK Mainland area, we will contact you. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for areas outside mainland UK with the customers consent.

Our 3rd party couriers will normally require a signature on delivery, however if no one is in, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more appropriate time to collect or deliver your order.

You have the option to have items delivered to your place of work.

Deliveries can not always be guaranteed on occasions where the courier or warehouse makes an error. However in these circumstances we aim to rectify the situation as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee our delivery times, any dates we specify will be approximate only. We cannot be held liable for any losses or expenses caused by any delay of delivery of the goods.

Next day delivery 

For a guaranteed next working day delivery please select this option when placing an order. The product detail page will state the time to order before in order for us to process a next working day delivery. If an order is placed after the specified time, the order will be processed the next working day. The next day delivery option is only available for UK mainland addresses. The cost may vary depending on the size & quantity of item/s you are wanting to order and the location for delivery. Next day deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (Excludes Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). If the next day delivery option is not available for the product/s you wish to order please call us on 0845 299 0247 so we can check to see if we are able to ship this on a next working day delivery. 

Saturday delivery

We are able to do a Saturday delivery on selected products only depending on the size & quantity of item/s you are wanting to order and the location for delivery. Please call us on 0845 299 0247 for further information.

Same day delivery

We can provide a same working day delivery for your order depending on the size & quantity of item/s and location of delivery. Costs may vary between £50 - £150 please call us on 0845 299 0247 before 12pm on any working day to give you a quote.

Returns & Refunds

Exchange

If you are unhappy with a product and you find it is not suitable for your needs, you must contact us and return the item WITHIN 120 days from the date you receive the order for a prompt exchange.

All orders placed with us right now will qualify for our special Xmas 120 day exchange period.

All orders placed after the 22nd of December will be processed as normal and shipped out on the 28th of December.


Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and adequate packaging. Once the goods have arrived back to our warehouse, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. We will then process a prompt exchange for another item.

Shopeezee reserves the right to charge a customer's card through our merchant for the difference in price of an exchange item. If the value of the exchange item is more, the difference will be charged as per agreement to these terms.

Refunds
We will only refund orders that are returned within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order, however we will not refund any additional charges for a guaranteed next day delivery that was applied when shipping. A re-stocking fee of £4.99 will be charged for orders not cancelled within 7 days from the date of delivery. The re-stocking charge does not apply if you want to exchange an order for another item.

You will be responsible for returning the goods back to Shopeezee at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and adequate packaging. You must return any free gifts which came with the product. Once the goods have arrived back to our warehouse, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take up to 30 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive in our warehouse or the supplier.

Damages and Manufacturer Defects
We must be notified within 7 days if you find a fault or defect with an item you have received. Once returned to us, we will either exchange the item or refund your purchase accordingly.

We can only refund the original card details, or bank account used to make the purchase. We will never refund an order placed with us to a different card number or bank account number.

After 7 days from the initial receipt of goods if a return needs to be made due to a fault with item please contact us first on 0845 299 0247 or email info@shopeezee.co.uk together with your order number, your name, description of the fault, and if possible digital images of the problem for us to inspect and forward across to the manufacturer. We will then notify you to which address the item will need to be sent back to. We advise you to use ONLY Royal Mail (www.royalmail.co.uk) for small items (e.g. handbags, laptop bags etc..) or ONLY Parcel2Go (www.parcel2go.com) for larger items (e.g. luggage, suitcases etc…). Upon receipt of goods to us or the manufacturer an inspection will be made. A repair, exchange or credit will be actioned accordingly. We will also refund the cost of return postage - to a maximum amount of £10.00, and the refund will be made to the credit or debit card number used to make the original purchase. Please note the manufacturers warranty terms may apply and a repair or replacement will be made at their own discretion.

All products on our website include free delivery. However some customers request for a guaranteed next day service, which is an additional cost, and this is non refundable if the order is returned.

We will need proof of your purchase, e.g. an order number or address details to verify your order on our system.

You must contact us before returning any goods. You can email us on info@shopeezee.co.uk. We will then issue you with a returns form for you to complete and send back with the item/s. The returns form will have the designated address to send your unwanted items/s back to. If you have not been issued a returns number, your exchange or refund may take 14 - 28 days.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original adequate Once the goods have arrived back to our warehouse, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive in our warehouse or the supplier. Any exchanges will be processed on the day the returned item/s arrives into our warehouse.

Airline Damage and Other Damage Due To Mishandling

Shopeezee Ltd strongly recommends you examine your luggage carefully upon arrival, before leaving the airport. Damage due to mishandling is not covered by your manufacturers warranty. You must file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport.

All sizes on our website are as supplied from the manufacturers own measurements. The measurements quoted on our website include the main body of the product and includes the handle and wheels.

Cabin Luggage

Due to world wide terror alerts many international airlines and airports are imposing tighter regulations on the size of cabin luggage being allowed onboard. We are unable to account for every single airport or airline around the world, with an ever increasing number of changes to size restrictions being imposed. Some airlines and airports around the world do not take in to account the handles and wheels on a cabin size luggage, and others do. The customer must check with their airline what maximum size cabin luggage they are allowed to take on board, and it is also the customers responsibility to check the cabin luggage size ordered from our website for suitability with their airline before checking in at the airport.

Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise within 60 days from the date of delivery of your order, for a prompt exchange or refund* For refunds see above.

Please note that any repairs carried out can take up to 28 days.
